HAPPY BIRTHDAY RILEY !

Riley , it's your 4Th birthday. You are growing up way to fast , I love your curly , fuzzy hair that you never want me to fix . You always want to brush it yourself . I love how you still cling to me , your always holding on to my skirt . I love how you shower me with hugs and kisses all the time . You are so cute , your always telling me about how God is heaven and all the saved people are there with him and how it never gets dark there . Sometimes I am surprised at how well behaved you can be , but when it comes to your older sister you can be very bossy and pushy sometimes . I love how you always say or do something everyday to make me smile or laugh , sometimes before you do something and your not sure whether it's OK , you will ask and say will that be fine ? I love you my little Riley and I hope you have a great birthday ....

ANSWERED PRAYER

I just wanted to let everybody know that God has answered my prayer , and I am pregnant . I'm so happy and excited , I just want to say thank you to all my brethren who prayed for me . God is so good , he answers prayers and gives good gifts to his children . I am going through morning sickness right now so I will try to post again soon . God bless ..... Dawn .

TV WARNING ???

I had a conversation with a family member a while back , about the dangers of watching television , I told her about how I had stopped watching it . She said that was old time preaching and there is nothing wrong with watching tv because we are going to be warned through the tv before the second coming of Jesus Christ . I wondered what kind of pastor would tell people this lie .She kept mentioning this man and asking me what his name was , I had no idea at the time who she was talking about . Then one day I was reading in my bible and figured it out , she was talking about Elias . Matt. 17:10 And his disciples asked him, saying, Why then say the scribes that Elias must first come? 17:11 And Jesus answered and said unto them, Elias truly shall first come, and restore all things. 17:12 But I say unto you, That Elias is come already, and they knew him not, but have done unto him whatsoever they listed. Likewise shall also the Son of man suffer of them. 17:13 Then the disciples understood that he spake unto them of John the Baptist. Mark 9:11 And they asked him, saying, Why say the scribes that Elias must first come? 9:12 And he answered and told them, Elias verily cometh first, and restoreth all things; and how it is written of the Son of man, that he must suffer many things, and be set at nought. 9:13 But I say unto you, That Elias is indeed come, and they have done unto him whatsoever they listed, as it is written of him. According to these verses Elias is already come . Television is not of God , there is nothing good on tv , tv is full of fornication , adultery, homosexuals , lies , alcohol , drugs and so on , any pastor that tells you it is ok to watch that filth , is just trying to make himself feel better for the wrong that he is doing ...

love simple pages , which most of mine are .

how she captured Riley's curly hair and hand .

I call this one static hair , Riley's hair was sticking straight up on the trampoline that day . This picture is supposed to be black and white on a grey background , but whenever i scan black or grey with my scanner it turns out brown .

TUBING FINALLY !!!!

Me and Dallas ( my oldest daughter ) have been wanting
to go tubing for 7 years now , and today we finally went .
God gave us such a beautiful day to . We went to
Sugarlands Valley in The Great Smoky Mountains . I
think the Smokies are one of the most beautiful places
in the world . We had so much fun . The water is so
cold in those mountain streams . The funny thing
that happened was when I first got in my tube and
started down the river , I got stuck between two
rocks and I couldn't move . Everybody thought
it was funny , and it was :) . I tried getting out of
the tube , but the rock under me was slick and I
knew I was going to fall in if I tried that . So I had
to sit there until Dallas and her cousin Katie came
back down again to help me out of the mess I was
in . After that I got stuck again , but I got out of
that one on my own . I forgot to take the video
camera , of course I always forget something ,
you would think after waiting that long to do
something you would remember everything .
I'll try to remember it next time . Sugarland
Valley is so beautiful , there are always lots
of butterflies and dragonflies , there is also
a creek there that's great for little ones ,
Riley loves it . When we go to the visitor
center , we like to look at all the tags on the cars
to see where they are from , can you tell we don't
get out much :) , but the Smokies is one of the
most visited parks in the world , so we see tags
from everywhere . Hope every body's having a
